Replacement booklet for the terrific series of Culinary Arts Institute Booklets. There are 24 booklets in the series. Purchased at the weekly shopping trip to the supermarket in the 40's and 50's, housewives would collect them and eventually they would all go in the Encyclopedia of Cooking or Fabulous Foods binders. There are three different sets of the series: #1 through 24 (2 versions with different covers) and later, #101 through 124. We also have replacement binders, replacement binding wires and entire sets. The contents of both the 1940 versions and the 1950 versions are the same: only the covers vary.
