Replacement booklet for the terrific series of Culinary Arts Institute Booklets. Purchased at the weekly shopping trip to the supermarket in the 40's and 50's. Eventually they would all go in the Encyclopedia of Cooking (1950's) or Encyclopedia of Cooking and Homemaking (1940's) binder. We also have replacement binders, replacement binding wires and entire sets. The contents of both the 1940 versions and the 1950 versions are the same: only the covers vary.This booklet comes in both yellow-orange and red.

Overall clean and tight. Cover has a few tears and creases.
