Replacement booklet for the terrific series of Culinary Arts Institute Booklets. Purchased at the weekly shopping trip to the supermarket in the 40's and 50's, housewives would collect them and eventually they would all go in the Encyclopedia of Cooking binders. We also have replacement binders, replacement binding wires and entire sets. The contents of both the 1940 versions and the 1950 versions are the same: only the covers vary. Booklet came in varying colors: you may receive green, orange, yellow, red or blue.

Overall a nice, clean and tight copy.
