Replacement booklet for the terrific series of Culinary Arts Institute Booklets. Purchased at the weekly shopping trip to the supermarket in the 40's and 50's. Eventually they would all go in the Encyclopedia of Cooking (1950's) or Encyclopedia of Cooking and Homemaking (1940's) binder. We also have replacement binders, replacement binding wires and entire sets. The contents of both the 1940 versions and the 1950 versions are the same: only the covers vary. Cover colors vary.

Overall clean and tight -- a nice copy. Back cover has a bit of damage: creased and torn.
