About Shipping

We usually ship within 1 business day of your order.

Upon check-out, you will be able to choose from several U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) options for shipping your order. The cost for each option is a real-time calculation provided by the carrier.  

U.S.Postal Service Media Mail

5-20 business days. In most cases you will receive your order within 7-14 days. (Not recommended for holiday or important delivery.)

U.S.Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping

3-5 days mailing days.

FedEx Standard Overnight and 2-Day Delivery

Generally, orders received by 2 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day. Note that FedEx orders received after 12 p.m. PST on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday.

International Deliveries:

Expected delivery times and postal systems for each country differ and we cannot be held responsible for delays or loss after we have shipped your package. Compliance with any laws or restrictions including customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost of each order.

International orders less than 4 lbs.

USPS International Priority Mail

International orders more than 4 lbs.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return any item in your order for a refund not including shipping fees.

Please return to us within 14 days of arrival to you. To help us process your return promptly, we appreciate an email in advance of your return.
